- Do I have to buy phones from you?
- No. Bring your own SIP handsets, or we will supply them pre-configured so they work the moment they are plugged in.
- Will my existing ISDN handsets work?
- Not directly — those belong to a network being switched off. An ATA adapter can keep some analogue equipment working, such as a door entry phone, a lift line or a card machine.
- What happens in a power cut?
- A desk phone needs power and internet, so set the line to fall back to a mobile. Keep an alternative route for emergency calls in any case.
